2010 Distinguished Lake Citizen Award
The Distinguished Lake Citizen Award Committee wanted to remind Lake Residents to be thinking about possible candidates for this coming seasonal award.
Eligible Candidates are individuals who reside full time or part-time on Lake Tippecanoe, James or Oswego Lakes, for at least 5 years and are members of the Property Owners Association.
We are looking to honor that individual or family who has made a positive impact on the Quality of Life at the lake! Think about that person in your neighborhood or landing that seems to be the “living” example of an individual who cares for the environment, our properties, and the well being of fellow residents. Or maybe it the landing director that always takes the time to represent his or her neighbors at meetings and actively is involved with the Association.
Last year’s recipient, Jack Doll, was honor for his great stewardship of the Lake and his many years of volunteering spirit and leadership. So give some thought to the residents on your landing, the committee will certainly welcome all recommendations.
The 2010 Distinguished Lake Citizen Application is on the Web-site and will be in printed form in the June LTPO Newsletter. The Award will be announced at the Annual Dinner Dance in August.
Committee Members are Connie Anthony, Gary Calhoun, Mark Ennes, Mike Lattimer, and Jeff Thornburgh.
